The handle crashes/does not power on

Handle freezes/does not start
No Power On/Handle Stalls/Lights Always On: Insert the reset key with a fine needle in the hole beside the USB (be careful not to press the power key at the same time, nor press the R key during charging). After reset,Recharge or press the power key to start the machine. It is recommended to upgrade to the latest version of software to reduce the crash.
